- Led a three-member product team to develop a distributed workflow system for pre- and post-media production and digital distribution of movies and TV shows, acquired by Deluxe in 2016.
- Implemented communication and reporting channels into the daily workflow via the Scrum framework.
- Collaborated with Netflix, Google, and Apple on tailored implementations for their internal systems, establishing Sferastudios as a publicly trusted Netflix partner for consecutive years.
- Worked with a team of 35+ people to deliver further innovation at Deluxe, which resulted in cost optimizations and multiple product recognitions in media.
- Collaborated with the VP of product and engineering on media production optimizations, reducing personnel in some processes from six to one and reducing turnaround time from hours to minutes.
- Contributed to Sferastuidios' recognition as a Preferred Netflix partner for multiple years in a row. It was later acquired by Deluxe, the biggest company in the industry.

City Paid Parking Management — Mobzzo

The project is a SaaS that cities can use to add to their different paid parking zones, accept payments from users, have inspection teams, car tow services, and fines service.
The project has an extensive web admin for managing all aspects of the city parking, implemented through four different mobile applications:
1. Consumer's application—Users are able to pay for their parking, request subscription, and pay their fines.
2. Inspector's application—City employees can inspect the cars to check if they have paid for parking or not. If not, they can issue a fine and/or tire blocking and car tow service.
3. The other two applications allow other city employees involved in tire block service or tow service to locate the cars: They pick them up and drop them at other municipality parking for fined cars.
The project has integration with smart devices, Google services, and different payment gateways.
