This project delivered a new Salesforce application for the generation of sales and procurement contracts, which not only led to a reduction in the effort but also improved the monitoring and compliance-related aspects. The project scope included the development of custom objects, Visualforce pages and associated Apex code, workflows, approval processes, workflows, and validation logic.

The scope of the project included all phases–from the proposal, requirements analysis to user acceptance testing and production implementation. This project delivered a new application for the generation of member benefit statements, which not only led to a reduction in the business effort but also improved the quality of the service.

The project involved the development of multiple mobile applications, a web portal, and an interface with a payment gateway and Google APIs. I interacted with the company's founder to nail down the requirements and develop a roadmap for the product.

Developed the Information security policy and led the implementation of the same for a small IT services company. In addition, I helped in standardizing the development process aligning them with agile development. The early trends from leading and lagging indicators show significant improvement in software quality and team morale.

Completed due diligence of the work completed, the processes, the business, non-functional requirements, and technical gaps with respect to the business goals. Based on the due-diligence, a corrective plan was devised with agreement from the business owners. Using an agile approach, we organized release and sprint planning and defined processes and specifications. The technical gaps were identified and addressed as part of the agile planning process. Overall, the project was restarted as a new endeavour, taking advantage of the work completed and accepted.

Led the design, development, build, launch, and post-launch support of the cab solution for the platform that integrated a driver app, user app, admin portal, REST API, and real-time notification.

The solution integrated Google APIs and payment gateways, including PayPal. The structural design includes and admin dashboard, Android and iOS app, and REST API. The deployed software comprises of MEAN Stack, Nginx, Android, Git, Gulp, iOS, and communication tools hosted out on AWS EC2 instances.

Features such as complex fare calculation models have been configurated through Node.js deployment. I also integrated DevOps with CI/CD, with containerization.

I managed the completed project from concept to solution, UI/UX design, technical architecture, development, build, and launch of the website and web application.

The solution was developed using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript integrated with a Python/Django API and a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS. The web application included features such as seasonal rack rates, discounts, block, check-in, check-out, invoice, online booking, and payments.

The project team consisted of one UI/UX designer, five developers, two testers distributed over two development centers, and a part-time DevOps engineer.

Managed the distributed teams and resources to achieve project objectives. As part of the projects, I managed UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and back-end developers to deliver the solutions that helped in achieving business goals with on-time and cost deliveries.

As part of the project, I estimated and developed a plan, translating the requirements into high-level technical architecture, and then successfully managed and delivered the web solution. From the project inception, architected the technology solution, developed a complete story map, and estimated the effort involved while prioritizing the stories or product backlog.

This included looking at the current state of the product and its roadmap and identifying gaps in development processes and team engagement. I led the migration of software engineering tools (SVN, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Crucible, and Jenkins) applications from on-premises to Azure and AWS Cloud using rehosting and re-platform migration patterns.

As part of the project, I drove an application deep dive to identify the repositories and jobs that were required to be migrated, set up the CI/CD pipelines on the strategic tool set, and decommission the existing infrastructure—in addition, coordinated with delivery teams to help and support their migration to the cloud.

I also managed projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies, with Jira, Confluence, and MS Teams as a toolset.

I collaboreted closely with management, vendors from South East Asia, China, UK, USA, and cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and business, to ensure timely completion.
