Completed due diligence of the work completed, the processes, the business, non-functional requirements, and technical gaps with respect to the business goals. Based on the due-diligence, a corrective plan was devised with agreement from the business owners. Using an agile approach, we organized release and sprint planning and defined processes and specifications. The technical gaps were identified and addressed as part of the agile planning process. Overall, the project was restarted as a new endeavour, taking advantage of the work completed and accepted.
Chill Cab Mobile Application Solution
Led the complete development of the mobile application solution as the technical project manager.
The solution integrated Google APIs and payment gateways, including PayPal. The structural design includes and admin dashboard, Android and iOS app, and REST API. The deployed software comprises of MEAN Stack, Nginx, Android, Git, Gulp, iOS, and communication tools hosted out on AWS EC2 instances.
Features such as complex fare calculation models have been configurated through Node.js deployment. I also integrated DevOps with CI/CD, with containerization.
Salesforce-based Sales Promotion Approval and Management
Led the analysis, development, and implementation of the sales promotion approval and management system.
This project delivered a new Salesforce application to generate various sales promotions like bonuses, pricing discounts, free-of-cost items, and more, which not only led to a reduction in the effort but also improved the monitoring and compliance-related aspects. The project scope included the development of custom objects, Visualforce pages and associated Apex code, workflows, approval processes, workflows, and validation logic.

Project Manager/Scrum Master - Boutique Hotel Website and Reservation/Property Management Web App
Led the development of the web application solution, from concept to technical architecture, design, development, and launch. Acted as a servant-leader, guiding the team toward self-organization and efficient delivery of the web application.
The solution was developed using HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript integrated with a Python/Django API and a PostgreSQL database hosted on AWS. The web application included features such as seasonal rack rates, discounts, block, check-in, check-out, invoice, online booking, and payments.
The project team consisted of one UI/UX designer, five developers, two testers distributed over two development centers, and a part-time DevOps engineer.
