Salesforce Lightning Components Development for an Investment Company
I created a report and dashboard for All Number Fields Per Opportunity, a workflow rule to update the close date one year ahead of the date on the Opportunity insert.
I developed an inline VisualForce Page to display notes and attachments on Opportunity and the ability to upload multiple files on Opportunity with various extensions.
I uploaded the contact, entity, and investment data in Sandbox and Production and created a Lightning component on Opportunity to upload multiple files.
I created a custom wizard (pop-up) for lead conversion and a Lightning component to create new requests under the contact to send an email to the user who created a request for that contact.
Additionally, I developed a process builder to update the stage and secondary date fields in Salesforce on Opportunity and Outlook Salesforce integration.
Salesforce Lightning-based Integration, Lead Generation and Monitoring
I proposed a clear integration of Google PubSub’s data stream into the Salesforce platform to manage lead data in a clear-cut, process-first fashion. Both call and lead data, captured from PubSub for Salesforce, got fed into the MCFX generator to pick leads.
Using JSON data files for unsaved makes all the relevant fields in the capture easier to segment and match for relevant leads. When a matched lead is generated, additional options for following up on such matches with the email marketing process or calls and texts become available as a note. Relevant key info about a prospective lead is viewed via a dynamic link to allow real-time information for sales and marketing.
To implement this system, all data from Pubsub was decrypted and mapped into JSON bodies fed into “call” and “ lead” respectively, and then made available for ingestion by Salesforce Lightning Experience.
Salesforce Lightning Services Implementation to Track and Manage Product Selling
They wanted to create a lightning component to add products to the opportunities. With this functionality, they wanted to track what was selling and its quantity. Also, they wanted the functionality that allowed them to make the changes in the end date of the opportunity product.
I brought the "Add Multiple Products to an Opportunity" functionality from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Experience by creating a Lightning component that enables the user to add and edit the opportunity products. This helped the users track what was selling, when, and in what quantity by adding products to opportunities.
This allowed them to maintain accurate records by continually updating the quantities and prices of the products. Furthermore, there was no concept of an end date in the native solution. So, I incorporated that on the Opportunity Product object in sync with the revenue/quantity schedules associated.
Salesforce Customization for Effectively Management of Contacts and Sales Leads
The team was facing many challenges capturing the multiple lead generation forms, streamlining the process, and managing the converted leads. They were in grave need of a powerful lead generation solution.
I created customer fields to capture the leads and multiple page layout tabs in the Salesforce lightning. This allowed users to view all the leads in multiple page layouts such as grid view and list view.
I built an inquiry form for each page, such as contact us, subscribe, and apply, and for every lead, a respective record type was created.
For every lead converted, the lead record type is converted into a contact record type.
I developed a rule to update the "Description Filter" field on lead-based on the Lead List Type (Record Type) for every lead created.
I reversed the process of going live by inserting the real data into Salesforce and updating the lead records into production.
Zuora and Salesforce CPQ Integration
1. Analysis and design: The first step was to analyze the company's current subscription management process and identify pain points. A solution was designed using Zuora and Salesforce CPQ that would streamline the process, improve pricing accuracy, and provide a better customer experience.
2. Integration: The next step was to integrate Zuora and Salesforce CPQ using a middleware integration platform. The product catalog and pricing rules were configured in Salesforce CPQ, and the middleware was set up to connect Salesforce CPQ with Zuora.
3. Rollout: The system was rolled out to the entire organization. The sales team was able to generate quotes more quickly and accurately, and customers were able to manage their subscriptions more easily. The company was also able to track revenue and manage customer subscriptions more effectively.
