- Integrated with multiple ERP systems, retailer-supplied sell-thru data, eCommerce platforms, dozens of spreadsheets and flat files, third-party APIs, Social Networks, Active Directory, Contract Management System, various cloud services and so on to feed into the Enterprise Datawarehouse.
- Developed a highly scalable and flexible metadata-driven ETL solution from scratch that provides auditability, configurability, graceful error handling, parallel execution, incremental data load, process orchestration, and monitoring/notification enabling the team to onboard any new source system without writing any new code and thus saving hundreds of hours.
- Architected and implemented a rule-based and statistics-based data quality framework to measure and monitor the data quality in a highly flexible and scalable manner and surface the issues in a dashboard to monitor and track improvement over time also notify users of any critical data quality issues.
- Created a hierarchical enterprise KPI blueprint including the guiding principles for implementation following KPI best practice from Gartner, SCC, PDMA, Six Sigma, APQC, and so on that focuses on leading indicators to measure the demand, supply, and support services performance of any business.
- Led and facilitated the creation of guiding principles in the domains of business, information, application, technology, integration and security; and worked with the CIO to establish an intake and review process following those principles to guide enterprise architecture decision making through an architecture review board (ARB).
