Salesforce Development and Ongoing Support

The client is a leading US-based analytics company that helps clients facilitate the insurance process with AI-based property intelligence with more than 500+ active licenses. They implemented Salesforce a while ago and needed somebody to review their org and provide ongoing assistance with development and customization.

I collaborated with team members and other departments to define business requirements for optimal use of Salesforce functionality, was involved in salesforce.com application set-up activities, and customized the apps to match the organization's functional needs.

I also enhanced the Apex class and Visualforce page to create a custom-related list, showing activities for selected contacts or clients.

In addition, I developed Salesforce lightning applications using lightning components, controllers, and events and used custom CSS in the components.

Finally, I researched new techniques to develop the application in Salesforce like lighting, integration with social media, and other applications.

Salesforce Sales Cloud Implementation

The client is an IT product company that specializes in healthcare applications. The customer’s Salesforce Sales Cloud-based solution didn’t correspond to their business needs. In particular, the sales process was hampered due to the automated opportunity field updates that weren’t working at particular opportunity stages.

I worked on HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to build the web pages, using effects to enhance the user experience. I also maintained various email templates for use in workflows, auto-assignment rules, and auto-response rules as part of leads management in Sales Cloud.

In addition, I created one-to-one customer-centric customer journey builder interactions and integrated them with Sales Cloud to track reports and manage customer lifecycle.

Finally, I customized price books, quotes, and custom order objects, created workflow rules, email alerts, field updates to implement business logic, and outbound API triggered SMS leveraging Sales Cloud data to send dynamic SMS, and used journey builder to run different campaigns.
