Work Experience

Senior Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer

Imgix
  • Developed a Salesforce Commerce Cloud link cartridge in which the imgix will override SFCC images hosted images. Link cartridge also focuses on page designer custom attributes design to integrate imgix data into page designer components.
  • Used Jira for stories and bug tracking. Side by side, we used Dropbox Paper tools to groom stories and estimate them during grooming calls.
  • Developed this link cartridge for brands who want to achieve the power of imgix imagery tools that Salesforce doesn't provide. After integrating this link cartridge to a brand cartridge, the merchandizer can handle images from imgix server.

Saks Fifth Avenue

As a senior Salesforce commerce cloud developer in the payments squad team, I worked directly with business people and led sprint development, process optimization, and deployment tasks. During the Saks Fifth Avenue payment squad assignment, I resolved taxation, penny distributions, gift cards, and customized promotions issues.

Mattress Firm Site

While working for Visionet Systems, I received the opportunity to work for Mattress Firm on the biggest project in my Salesforce Commerce Cloud career so far. I revamped the SFCC site as a lead developer and led a team of ten developers. I also integrated multiple third-party integrations, including Amazon Pay, PayPal, USAePay, CyberSource, Bazaarvoice, Tealium Analytics, Google Analytics, AX OMS for order fulfillment, and ones for custom promotions and shipping rates.

CPO Outlets

https://cpooutlets.com
I revamped CPO outlets from pipelines to the SFRA platform (storefront reference architecture) in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Specifically, I integrated Yotpo for reviews, PayPal, custom promotions, a bespoke pick-up in-store experience, a social media login system, and SFCC customizations for the checkout and shopping areas.

Mudbay | Pet Food Store

https://shoplocal.mudbay.com/
Mudbay was developed with Salesforce Commerce Cloud Storefront Reference Architecture (SFRA).

I worked on that project as a lead developer and technical architect. I integrated custom shipping costs, customized the checkout experience, implemented various delivery methods (local home delivery, ground delivery and pick up in-store), and integrated CyberSource, PayPal, AvaTax, Klaviyo, Feedonomics, and Google Analytics.

Overall it was a 6-month development project with five developers (three back end developers including myself as a team lead, two front-end developers, and one QA).

Mattress.com

Mattress.com was a project of the Mattress Firm brand, and it was developed in Salesforce Commerce Cloud SFRA (storefront reference architecture).

My work included customizing the PLP, PDP, and cart calculations and developing the checkout system. I also implemented various third-party integrations including a delivery availability shipping date, location-based delivery costs, a third-party social media login system, AX OMS, Bazaarvoice, Tealium, SureTax, USAePay, PayPal, and Google Analytics.

Nixon Watches

https://www.nixon.com/us/en
I worked on Nixon's Adidas watches as a freelance developer and implemented the customized shipping and tax integration. I also injected service cloud scripts for the Contact Us page. Nixon also revamped its checkout experience from a multi-step checkout to a single-page checkout flow.

AX OMS Connection for a Link Cartridge

The project involved building a customized OMS connection for the link cartridge to connect the SFCC with AX OMS so that orders could be made quickly in real-time to the OMS. I set up the REST APIs to send XML/JSON formatted data in OMS so that order fulfillment could be sped up.
