Designed a variety of financial products, including the first legitimate crowdfunding platform, the biggest insurance mobile service, the most popular investment product, and more. I was in charge of the entire user experience design from the structure, wireframe to the guideline.
Created a design that successfully consolidated hundreds of complicated insurance plans and delivered a well-organized website that brought 80% users directly to their needs.
Designed for the first officially authorized equity crowdfunding platform in China which helped funders achieve their complete funding goals (that was at least 1 million for every case) in a week and saved the application time more than 50% (from months to weeks).
Crafted a design for an entrepreneur-facing financing platform helped users release their financial products for up to tens of millions of CYN. The visualized dashboard made users know the most profitable financial products to release.
Constructed a design that successfully promoted a daily-based MMF investment by providing users a well-organized landing page and a visualized daily revenue chart. Our users found frequent investments more manageable with our website.
Optimized more than ten products based on data and users’ feedback. For instance, I increased active users by organizing an introduction website for eight payment methods of Alipay and increased the conversion rate to Alipay by funnel analysis.
