- Developed the strategy to move towards the business crypto bank account because the space got overcrowded. With this move, the industry shifted away from pure processing and to SME crypto banking.
- Wrote API documentation, including guides and API references, with detailed information on integrating with API. The API documentation decreased the onboarding and engagement of the technical team to focus on what is important for the company.
- Implemented a KYT feature that brought five new customers due to the new compliance requirements to check the origin of every crypto transaction.
- Collaborated with lead generation team on creating an email campaign. That campaign brought 20 qualified leads and increased the revenue by 50%.

- Developed processes and educated management to accept Agile principles and philosophy. Managed the transformation from the startup and chaotic environment to mature Scrum culture in development teams.
