  • Wrote the content for the website that increased the conversion of visitors to leads by 40%. Developed the FAQ section on Intercom, which helped decrease the customer support questions by 30%.
  • Developed the strategy to move towards the business crypto bank account because the space got overcrowded. With this move, the industry shifted away from pure processing and to SME crypto banking.
  • Wrote API documentation, including guides and API references, with detailed information on integrating with API. The API documentation decreased the onboarding and engagement of the technical team to focus on what is important for the company.
  • Implemented a KYT feature that brought five new customers due to the new compliance requirements to check the origin of every crypto transaction.
  • Collaborated with lead generation team on creating an email campaign. That campaign brought 20 qualified leads and increased the revenue by 50%.

  • Built a fintech platform-as-a-service product with a team of 20 engineers that has 500+ public APIs.
  • Interviewed about 100 people for product manager and owner, scrum master, engineering, and business analyst positions.
  • Built the BrokerIQ CRM for Forex brokers and onboarded one of the biggest names in this industry, AvaTrade, with more than 1,000,000 customers. Through 30+ integrations with payment processors, CRM processes more than $500,000 in payments annually.
  • Conducted market research, positioning, product discovery, and pricing and revenue modeling for the whole TradeCore platform. Created a new pricing model that is now used by the business and that increased gross margin by 15%.
  • Built cards, digital banking, and crypto offering from scratch. With these new modules, TradeCore acquired five customers.
  • Developed processes and educated management to accept Agile principles and philosophy. Managed the transformation from the startup and chaotic environment to mature Scrum culture in development teams.
