FOCUS AREAS
• Deployed and managed enterprise-level turnkey visualization and data analytics projects powered with IoT and AI.
• Implemented a Lean development strategy; deployed numerous A/B experiments to provide build, measure, and learning feedback loops; and validated learning for the MVPs we created.
• Interfaced directly with our network of distributors and their end users to record the voice of the customer and further improve the value our products provided to our users.

The industrial vehicle optimization project started with requirements gathering, workflow development, and user stories for three user personas: the vehicle’s driver, manufacturer, and buyer.

The goal was to provide these users with real-time production data, defects, downtime, and overall equipment efficiency data via GPS during transit. The challenge was to simultaneously combine sensor data with production efficiency and train AI prediction models.

The team worked with a sealed schedule to manage and deliver the hardware, app, and website within a short time. We designed product roadmaps and implemented Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks for timely development and delivery of the product, which elevated the user experience. To deliver an easy-to-use solution, we applied integrated problem-solving techniques, process efficiency, and feature storming. I managed the end-to-end implementation of the takeaways in the design and development of the autonomous vehicles.

This product digitality connected high-value art forms via NFT. I led the product development lifecycle, from inception to launch, including the product roadmap, feature story analysis, budgeting, A/B testing, deployment, and stakeholder relationship management. I worked with a remote team in different time zones to deliver the product in the stipulated timeframes.

Collaborated with India’s Defense Research and Development Organization during the pandemic to create a COVID-19 management system.
Enabled digital management of 68 established hospitals and 200 make-shift hospitals for effective pandemic response.

Led end-to-end development of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within a remarkably short timeframe of 20 days.

Movement sensors include pedometers, accelerometers, and gyroscopes. Physiologic sensors include heart rate monitors, temperature sensors, and wearable EMG sensors. My focus areas included defining product requirements, planning epics and sprints, managing the team, and delivering the product within an Agile framework.
