Multiple, recurring projects involving the training, kickoff, and coaching of several teams over the span of a few years.

Main activities:
Coached two product teams and facilitated four innovation and coaching teams. Mentored product owners and digital coaches. Coached and facilitated one large cross-functional initiative, from training to kickoff workshops, from discovery to delivery.

Core objectives:
Led the company to a large 2022 scale-up program, with over 1,000 hours of training already booked and dozens of teams ready to start adopting agile practices. Shortened the total lead time of one large, cross-functional project, from discovery to delivery.

Scrum Team Kickoff in Energy and Utilities

A really short project (six weeks) due to budgetary restrictions—interesting and successful nonetheless, with rapid-fire coordination between the US, India, and Italy.

Core objectives:
Aligned Scrum practices between this and another four teams, following corporate guidelines. Coordinated with the product and engineering management stakeholders and two other Agile coaches.

Main activities:
Coached and mentored the newly appointed product owner and scrum master. Advised and facilitated the core Scrum events (planning, daily scrums, product backlog refinements, reviews, and retrospectives). Provided on-the-job training to the entire team on topics such as relative estimation and coming up with a definition of ready, user story writing, and splitting techniques.

Large-scale (four to 40 teams) Agile Transformation

Trained, facilitated, and coached multiple scrum and kanban teams across a large telecommunications organization.

Main Activities:
Trained over 200 people on the basics of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban. Kickstarted more that ten teams, facilitated over a dozen workshops, and coached a dozen different teams. Worked with a group of more than 15 people between scrum masters and agile coaches supporting the transformation.

Core objectives:
Supported a large-scale transformation from four to 40 teams with a total impacted population of over 600 people. Trained and coached all the people involved in the transformation. Coordinated with a team of over a dozen coaches and scrum masters. Built synchronization and coordination mechanisms for Spotify-inspired tribes. Facilitated scrum masters’ chapter meetings.

Spreading Agile Adoption in Insurance

Multiple, recurring projects involving the training, kickoff, and coaching of several teams for a number of years.

Core Objectives:
Trained and workshopped to spread basic knowledge of agile ways of working. Incremented the YoY percentage of teams adopting agile practices. Facilitated internal activities and mentored the coaching and transformation teams.

Main activities:
Mentored newly appointed product owners and scrum masters. Coached several product teams. Provided ad hoc, serious gaming workshops for more than 50 people and facilitated cross-functional groups in stand-alone workshops.
