Managed multiple international cross-functional teams working closely with a rail car builder in Germany and a software development team to build the rail cars. The cars were released under budget and of very high quality. The HMI software built was a collaborative effort between the OEM, Rocky Mountaineer, and a software development contractor. It met all the requirements of the company.

Managed the multi-million dollar rebuild project of rail cars from the old Pullman-style coaches to modern SilverLeaf luxury dome cars.

This project was a major overhaul and rebuild of old single-level Pullman-style rail cars to modern and technically sound SilverLeaf dome cars. The cars were equipped with state-of-the-art control systems and data monitoring systems. I led the end-to-end development as the customer-side project manager.

Hero Impulse Launch: India's First Off-road Motorcycle

Team member and department representative in the launch of India's first off-road motorcycle.

Represented the R&D engine team as project manager in the development and launch of India's first off-road motorcycle by Hero Motocorp, Ltd. This was a cross-functional project between multiple departments and a phenomenal marketing-driven effort to get the right requirements and specifications.

Rocky Mountaineer: Connected Train Network

Implemented a Connected Train network between all the rail cars, which consisted of an interlinked LAN and WiFi.

Served as the lead engineering team member in this cross-functional project, where we successfully implemented a 100 Mbps speed network across a moving Train (with all rail cars linked) to help with inter-train communication as well as data recording. This was based on network hubs, CAT5 cables, and side-mounted antennas for full connectivity within the network even when the order of rail cars was changed.
