Credit Application Public Page

I implemented a public web page that accepts and validates user input, and then maps it into a lead record in Salesforce. The UI was implemented using screen flow and public community. Lead data was then integrated over REST API with a credit application processing software. Depending on the response from the application processor, lead was automatically converted to opportunity, contact and account.
