- Established the back-office operations for smoothly executing the project on some of the toughest terrains in rural Myanmar in the rainy season, affecting the process from site acquisition to final acceptance certificate.
- Designed the financial processes, procurement flow, reporting standards, and operational processes. Controlled the budget spending and managed cash flow. Reviewed all contracts, payments, and budgets as the second last person in the approval flow.
- Created and maintained external relationships with clients, service providers, contractors, and banking institutions and internal relationships with all stakeholders.
- Hired core personnel and took an active part in the organization's growth. At its peak in the project, it consisted of around 300 people, roughly half as own workforce and another half as subcontractors' human resources.
- Contributed to sourcing two follow-on (smaller scale) projects in full turnkey telecommunication tower construction and base station and power maintenance domains.
