The need to track a producer, i.e., a supplier who has delivered raw materials, storage, employees, equipment, facilities, and transfer from a retailer to customers, is necessary today. Also, traceability initiatives must comply with regulatory mandates. We developed a solution to enable our clients to solve their inventory challenges.

POS Practice

Assisted in establishing the POS practice as part of a retail unit.

I oversaw blueprinting, assessing, shortlisting, and finalizing a POS solution for an Australian telecommunication company. Also, I assessed POS solutions and managed a POS replacement program for a UK luxury retailer. Finally, I developed a dual POS strategy for a US retailer and introduced VAT for a few mid-east retailers.

Tracking of Inventory for Cloud Kitchens

Built an inventory solution for Cloud Kitchens, offering multiple restaurants through a single location. Introduced barcoding to enable smoother operations.

This solution handles accurate inventory at central kitchens and points of delivery (PODs) at a batch and item level. Kitchens ship inventory to PODs that, in turn, manage multiple brands on aggregators. PODs are also expected to complete a physical inventory list every evening. I designed a solution that handles more than 10,000 transactions in a day with PODs spread through different locations.
