Led a team of 38 to synthesize all data analytics resources across Boeing into one guided and self-service platform partnering with Google, Tableau, Dataiku, IBM, and all divisions of Boeing (commercial, space, defense).
Boeing AnalytX utilizes aerospace expertise with data-based information to give predictive and prescriptive decision support to optimize Boeing’s operation and mission. Applications using Boeing predictive analytics give users a glimpse into more time to evaluate, plan and manage solutions for manufacturing and supply chain resources.
Boeing AnalytX offers three interrelated categories of analytics-enabled products and services customers may easily mix and match to meet needs and goals.
Digital Solutions–a set of analytics-enabled software applications addressing the needs of the crew and fleet scheduling, flight/mission planning and operations, maintenance planning and management, and inventory and logistics management.
Analytics Consulting Services–a group of aviation, business, and analytics professionals who are ready to help customers improve their operational performance, efficiency, and economy.

Wizards Prize Payment System
Led the ideation, feature development, technical delivery, and go-to-market for an improved prize payment system for our 30 million players globally, reducing turnaround time of receiving payment for money won from six months to three days.
The WPPS was created from a glaring need derived from frequent customer interviews and customer satisfaction data regarding payment timing for prizes at our global events.
I led the research, problem statement, use case, and executive approval presentation to develop a system that would utilize microservices and a third-party payment e-wallet to improve our turnaround time and reduce manual labor.
When launched, this payment system reached 30 million players globally. It was localized in nine different languages to provide the optimal onboarding experience and contributed to a 5-10% participation growth bump at our international events.
