Listing Loop is an innovative company based in Australia that required help coordinating and organizing its development team. I built ceremonies using various tools to help plan, execute and deliver incremental change in the products that Listing Loop offered.

Augmented Reality Medtech (via Toptal)

Built a type of innovative MedTech software to utilize Microsoft Hololens hardware for orthopedic surgeries.

iOS Mobile App

Led the development of an iOS app that connects athletes to a central development portal and their coaches.

I worked as the project manager for an iOS app that enabled the user to self-assess their athletic capabilities with subsequent tailored training programs based on a database of similar performing athletes as well as connecting them their coach. I built the development team and liaised with the client's product owner to determine the requirements and the priorities features in an iterative and incremental project. In total, I delivered four releases over a three-year period.

Membership Platform

Sourced and integrated a bespoke online membership platform for a business fraternal organization.

I was tasked with leading the development of a membership platform to manage the subscriptions, membership applications, and internal communications within the organization. This included sourcing the most suitable development partner, leading the platform development, and integrating it into the organization's system. This also included producing the correct user guidance documentation and support documentation.

Athlete Management Platform

Integrated custom software into large educational institutions to improve athlete performance and reduce staff workload.

The web platform needed to alleviate the burden of administrative work for sports coaches as well as provide the necessary tools to improve athlete output. Working closely with the product owner with a number of clients, I was able to lead the development of the software, integrate it into the institutions, and connect it to the existing mobile device software.

• Worked with an exciting team that was having some problems with development.
• Implemented processes and plans to streamline this and moved the team into a more efficient and well-developed mechanism.
• Got the product to the state of a usable MVP.
• Worked closely with the client to develop a go-to-market plan and establish metrics for success in the longer term.
• Continued to work on the long-term roadmap and rollout plan.

NFT Marketplace

Created prioritized backlog, pitch deck and oversaw a white paper for a non-custodial, permissionless NFT marketplace.

Worked with a team of developers, designers, finance experts, and product managers to establish problem statements through competitor analysis for a new NFT marketplace built on Solana blockchain. I also created and worked with the team to create the required documents for pitching, marketing, and regulation (securitized NFTs).
