  • Led the financial turnaround of a $130 million program, that was oscillating between $20 million under to $5 million over. Achieved by instituting a control account management system as well as data analysis of repair costs to reduce outstanding commitments past the PoP.
  • Negotiated a $2.3 million claim with government contracting, all going to profit. The basis of the claim was that work performed was covered by the scope of the statement of work (SOW), but had not been proposed originally, therefore was owed by the government.
  • Overhauled the proposal process of a $360 million, three-year proposal, to allow for submission in the same amount of time as a normally $130 million, one-year proposal with no regulatory deficiencies.
