I led the process of reviving Live platform with teams and getting back it on track. Used Story Mapping and Impact Mapping.

TomTom Bandit Action Camera

Led the process and multiple multifunctional, multicultural teams working on several applications within Camera ecosystem.

TomTom Bandit Camera was the most complex and the most sophisticated product in TomTom's history. Several teams were working in the ecosystem on the camera platform, the camera application, the desktop application, and mobile applications (iOS and Android), including the test team. The result was a successful $50+ million project.

Sungard LEO

Introduced agile and Scrum to project stater teams. Created infrastructure for the project and developed initial component.

LEO was the codename for the most important company's project at the time to serve post-trade derivatives and to be highly scalable.


Launched the team, project setup, and architecture from the scratch. Delivered 500,000+ lines of code with one team only.

Sunflower is ERP size project with ISP specifics. Built-in microservices manner using web technologies (Java, Oracle DB, REST etc.). Included a lot of flexible modules and interaction with external services (like Dynamics Nav for example).
