I overcame the challenge of aligning divergent processes and approaches across 150+ branches and field offices while navigating resistance to change from inexperienced and technology-illiterate stakeholders in a public institution.

Implementation of Online and Integrated Business Registration System in Republika Srpska, BiH

Handled the online business registration system in compliance with the ongoing legal reform in Republika Srpska.

Led the redesign of the existing JIS/JSRP software solution to comply with ongoing legal reform and integrate with the consolidated register of business entities. I designed a new user interface to support the online registration of business entities and entrepreneurs. I implemented the usage of a qualified electronic signature by all system users to streamline the flow of valid electronic documents (decisions, conclusions, excerpts, verdicts, etc.). I also utilized GSB for interoperability and secure data exchange among participants in the pre-registration, registration, and post-registration process.

My work included integrating shared horizontal building blocks, such as eID, into the JIS/JSRP software to enhance eGovernment services. I also developed missing shared horizontal building blocks, including a module for notification and electronic delivery (eMailBox), e-Payments, and a portal for business entities and entrepreneurs to create end-to-end digital services.

SAP ERP and Bellevue Implementation at Serbian National Oil Corp.

Led the SAP ERP and hospitality solution implementation in NIS for Ozone Hospitality and Tourism.

Implemented SAP ERP as the core information system (main SAP ERP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD) with a Bellevue Hospitality Solution covering end-to-end operations of five distant hotels in Serbia and Montenegro, including a property management system, reservations and food and beverage modules, and SAP/Bellevue integrations.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV Implementation at Milsped ERP

Led the ERP implementation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 for a large regional logistics provider.

Implemented an ERP with its first phase of business process modeling and redesigning with a defined "to-be" state. Besides implementing ERP core functionalities, the purpose was to integrate the ERP with proprietary software modules and to support the company's reorganization by implementing newly designed or redesigned business processes.

Strengthening the Serbian Tax Administration

Led a business process redesign initiative to strengthen the institutional capacity of the tax administration.

The project's official name was "EuropeAid-131329-C-SER-RS Strengthening the institutional capacity of the Serbian Tax Administration by Technical Assistance to design an efficient support system for the tax collection function and efficient financial and material accounting management."

• The project's overall objective was to support the modernization of the Serbian Tax Administration (STA) by designing an efficient IT system aligned with the EU requirements.
• The purpose was to design an efficient and modern IT support system that meets EU standards and strengthens the institutional capacities of the STA in the areas of collection, financial and material accounting, collection of information and reporting of tax evasion cases, and minimizing indirect costs by serving taxpayers through an internet portal that provides information and assistance to taxpayers in complying with their tax obligations.
• The project was divided into four components: Tax Collection, Financial and Material Accounting, Tax Evasion, and Internet Portal.

ERP Crisis Intervention for Univerexport

Led a project to successfully rescue an ERP implementation project from a crisis in the FMCG industry.

Univerexport, one of the largest retail chains in Serbia, employs over 2,200 individuals and has extensive food production operations. I implemented the ERP system IPIS+ with modules including FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, and PP. I took over a mismanaged project that had reached a standstill and was on the verge of legal disputes after two years of implementation. I resolved issues, rescued the project from a crisis, and restored it to its intended trajectory, including completing the implementation and organizing the go-live. The project was successfully brought back on track within six months of engagement.

SAP ERP Implementation for Serbian National Broadcasting Corp.

Led a SAP ERP implementation project (EuropeAid/120049/D/S/YU) for the Serbian National Broadcasting Corporation.

This project was awarded by the European Agency for Reconstruction. Implemented SAP ERP as a core system, including main SAP ERP modules FI, CO, MM, SD, HR + Fleet Management, and Workflow Management. Specific media solution features were added from Provys Broadcasting Management System (Czech Information System for TV houses): Broadcasting Time Management, Scheduling, Air Time Sales, Production Project Management, Production Budgeting, Self Promotion Management, Post Production Management, and Resource Dispatching. For the hospitality part of RTS (24 RTS restaurants and RTS hotel), the Bellevue Food & Beverage information system was added. This implementation had many integration challenges, including SAP and Provys, SAP and Bellevue, which were designed effectively.
