Led infrastructure strategy to enable perception and prediction ML systems to continuously learn from real-world interactions, which was a core contributor to an eightfold improvement in ML system metrics in less than two years.

Cruise's continuous learning machine is an applied AI and infrastructure application that enables Cruise's ML teams to frequently refresh models and learn from real-world and simulation interactions, quickly improving the performance of the ML system.

Recommendation System for Automated Online Styling Service

Developed a novel, collaborative, filtering-based recommendation system to reduce the likelihood of a return by 4% and provide personalized recommendations based on outfits rather than individual products.

Kent & Lime was a fast-growing eCommerce company providing a styling service to customers by helping them pick outfits. My team led the development of the AI pipeline for recommendations that contributed to large-scale operational reduction and increased revenue.

Simulation Framework to Generate Wearable Technology Synthetic Data for ML Training

Developed a novel simulation framework to mimic real-life physics patterns and interactions of falls and help train a lightweight model for fall detection. This framework was created using an open-source physics engine.

Edisse was a wearable technology company I co-founded in 2012 in Sydney, Australia. Its mission was to help the elderly by giving them their freedom back, with the peace of mind that their loved ones and carers could keep track and support them remotely.
