Designed and prototyped conversational task flows at the appropriate fidelity such as one-to-one chat instances of sending a text, image, as well as scheduling messages for later delivery or receipt, as well as failure delivery, messages that had been sent by not read, as well as in-progress states such as typing (indicator) and in-the-process of being sent (e.g. poor connectivity or connecting to the network).
At Miro, I partnered with a team of seven (six engineers and one hybrid lead) where I co-owned the product development/roadmap, designed, and prototyped at low to high fidelity for a web-and-mobile application that allows engineers to build their own visual search product or feature.
