You will work with teams across the company to lead and manage partnerships with organizations for cross promotions that add value to the Toptal Community. You will also maintain and grow the organization’s network of contacts in the technology and open source space. It will be vital for you to stay up-to-date with developments in the Toptal Community initiatives and bridge communication between Toptal’s various internal functions to maximize exposure and reach. You will represent the organization at interviews with media outlets and organizations and contribute to weekly team meetings and strategy sessions.
