Technical Product Manager
Toptal is a global network of top freelance talent in business, design, and technology that enables companies to scale their teams, on-demand. With $200+ million in annual revenue and over 40% year-over-year growth, Toptal is the world’s largest fully remote company.
We take the best elements of virtual teams and combine them with a support structure that encourages innovation, social interaction, and fun. We see no borders, move at a fast pace, and are never afraid to break the mold.
As a Technical Product Manager at Toptal, you will help us scale for our continued growth as a game-changing, industry-defining company shaping the future of work. You will lead technical projects and work across multiple engineering teams to improve workflow and delivery while driving engineering excellence and ensuring teams are delivering high-value results.
We are remote-only, have no office, and fully embrace a flexible work-life balance.
This is a remote position that can be done from anywhere. Due to the remote nature of this role, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
You will be a steward for the products and projects that you lead and manage. You will act as a Product Manager within Toptal’s Technical Excellence and Exploration department and report directly to the Senior Director of R&D. You will drive impact through the projects you run and the goals you deliver on. You will be constantly looking for ways to improve our products, workflow, technology stack, cross-team collaboration, communication, and engineering productivity.
