Major open-source projects such as Drupal, Adobe Commerce (formerly Magento), and phpBB rely heavily on Symfony components, reflecting the framework’s influence across content management, e-commerce, and community platforms. Symfony’s reach extends even further through component adoption in projects like Wikimedia that leverage Symfony packages without using the full framework.
