Jon is the founder of the Agile Talent Collaborative, a non-profit cooperative that leads research efforts to define best practice for agile talent. Jon's entrepreneurial chops include leadership of of two start ups that successfully IPO'ed. He has also been the SVP and chief learning and talent officer of one of the largest US financial services firms, the builder of RBL Group's global HR transformation practice, and managed a global consulting team for Exxon Mobil. He is the author of five books - including Agile Talent, HR From the Outside In, and HR Transformation - and many articles. He is a frequent conference speaker and corporate university educator, and has taught in over 40 countries. His PhD is from the University of Toronto.
